CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz is his birth name. He grew up in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is of half Mexican descendant from his paternal line, is half Mexican. His father was Sam Ortiz he gave him his name Tito. Both of his parents were heroin addicts, which made it difficult for him to become a teenager. He was part of bands. He also used drugs such as cocaine. When he was a kid, he was sent to the juvenile halls. He was 13 when his parents divorced. He attended Huntington Beach High School and wrestled. When he reached the age of 18 years old, his mother removed him from school. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to wrestle and go to college. He was then married for five years to Kristin the first wife he had. Jenna Jameson was his next wife. They had twins. The couple split up. Tito Ortiz is currently dating Amber Nichole Miller.
